What capabilities and services does MTP offer?
We are an alliance of advanced practitioners covering trauma, critical care, emergency, out-patient clinic, in-patient medicine and more. Our providers are BLS, ACLS, PALS and ATLS certified.
We offer trauma evaluation and resuscitation, management of critically ill patients, ICU rounds, trauma general floor rounds, subspecialty hospital rounds and full emergency room coverage.
We are also focused on protocol development and process improvement. Through experienced leadership, we do more than fill gaps and provide coverage; we strive for synergy in all our partnerships in order to increase efficiency, quality and affordability of care.
We offer trauma program development, staff education, process improvement, patient safety development and implementation and research development.

How much coverage can MTP provide?
We can partner with you and your team as much or as little as needed. We can support entire emergency rooms around the clock and calendar. We can provide long- and short-term PRN coverage where you might have gaps due to turnover, holidays, medical or maternity leave.
Building partnerships starts with addressing specific needs. We are always excited to meet new partners and build new relationships.
Where is MTP able to provide services?
We are based out of south-central Kansas and willing to travel. We can provide emergency medical coverage and healthcare support services throughout virtually all of the Midwest.
